Today I did not feel like working out when I got up. Swim lessons started for Lincoln this morning. He had so much fun splashing around. I am going to ask someone to take pictures of us next class. Since I was at the gym I knew I should do some cardio. It took me 32.30 to get in 3 miles on the eliptical. Not to bad. I hope to get 3 miles in under 30 minutes by the end of this. After all that I realized I still needed to shred. Right when I got home Lincoln went down for his nap so I knew that was my chance. I had planned on doing level 2 but I was tired. Then I thought about those awful pictures posted and hit play. I was so tired during the workout but alot of the moves were easier. I was still super sweating, tired, and sore. It was a good sore:)
I am trying to avoid the word "fat".
I am excited for the new season of biggest loser to start tonight.
Rob and I are planning our anniversary vacation. I think that we are just going to go skiing for 3 days up north. Nothing to fancy. Next year we are going to go somewhere warm.
We are also planning are next Red Wings game. Anyone intrested in going? I think Rob is going to sell his Harley. I am so happy about that. I told him if he sold it we could get season tickets to the Red Wings next season. But, I would really like to find another couple to split them with. They are a little pricey and it is an hour away. I guess we could always sell the games we didn't want to go to.

Are the days getting easier for you? Today was Day 1 for me and I am extremely sore this evening. Being sore isn't discouraging me though. It makes me want to keep moving. lol
Thanks Alison for the tip. I HOPE I get to that point really soon where I can do some cardio while I'm waiting. Right now I'm savoring the down time.
