Cadio Kick and Day 28

Cardiokick use to be my love. I would do it 5-6 times a week. But then Megan moved away. She was the most amazing instructor ever. I believe I did her class for almost 5 years!! It never ever got easier. I would leave just as tired as day 1. The moves got easier but the class never did. Then she moved to Bath, MI. Others have tried to teach it but none have been able to fill her shoes. Until yesterday. Erika had told me about a kickboxing class. Mind you I am very leary about new classes. I tried it for the first time yesterday and like it. They use bags in the class which was different. If I continue to do the class I will need gloves. The class was only about 30 minutes of cardio then abs and streching so 45 mintues total. I would really like it to be closer to 60 but beggers can't be choosers. I am going to try to go to it on Friday. My calves are sore and I can feel muscles that I haven't used in a while.

Today was Day 28 and I did all 3 levels!! I was tired and ready to be done but it was a nice challange. I am ready for a nap.

Yea! I"m glad you're a little sore~gloves are great, I got mine at Duhnmans...hope to see you Friday!
