Day 12

Today was day 12. I did not feel like doing it all day. I was super tired and wanted to sleep all day. But, I got my workout in. The cardio in level 2 was easier today. I was almost able to do it all Nat style. I feel like a broken record but the squat thrust and last strength move still kick my butt.

Thank you for all the positve remarks. I really feel like my stomach is awful looking. I hate looking at it and trying on cloths. I really hate trying to find something to wear to go out to dinner. Sweatpants are my best friend and I wear them everyday. Then if I do go to work I wear scrubs. I don't really know where I am going with this. I am tired and I worked last night and got little sleep.

Also, please excuse my grammer. I am horrible at using commas.

I am stealing this from Erika's blog. She wrote that to quit a bad habit you need to do it for 21 days and then to make something a habit you need to do it for 21 days. I thought that was very very intresting.

Let's chalk it up to today--I was exhausted to. Today's workout was really hard.

I don't go to a gym here. No one wants to see this. Maybe some day I'll venture back into that realm. (o:
