Day 18

I haven't worked out yet but I will update this post later. I just wanted to share that I am going to try to change my eating habits. After chatting with a triathlete this weekend I learned a little bit about diet. Well, I already knew most of it but I thought that this fact was intresting.. There was a study done where people followed the workout video but did not change there diet and they lost some weight. Then the next month they only followed the diet plan and did not workout there weight loss doubled. The third month they did both the diet plan and video and had amazing results. Diet plays around 80% in our weight loss. I am going to try to eat better.

Went up to level 3 and I love it. I really hated level 2. It was a nice workout today. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow.

Interesting! I loathed Level 1, but "enjoy" Level 2. I wonder what I'll think of Level 3, lol!
