Shred Day 3

I was really sore this morning in my lats. I think it is from the squats with front raises in the shred 2 video. My husband picked up the actually dvd for me so I was able to do shred 1 today. I won't say it was easy but it was alot easier then shred 2. I felt really good working out today. One of my favorite parts is the streching at the end of the workout. Lincoln even helped me workout. He was crawling all over me while I was doing abs.

good job! I tried the shred too and found it hard on my knees - but my son would climb on me as well while I tried to do it!

Yes it can be very hard on the Knees, make sure you if they start hurting to slow moderate the jumping jax...

Awesome day 3!!! your a trooper for starting on level 2.. Keep it up!
