I was super sore this morning. I may have overdone it yesterday. I did make is through level 2 again. I have such a hard time with the squat thrusts. I am hoping in a couple more days it will be better. I wouldn't say the workouts get easier but I think that I am getting in better shape and building up my stamina. I was glad to get up this morning and get my workout done. I would like to try to make it to my kickboxing class tonight but my husband has hockey.
I am car shopping. Trying to avoid becoming a minivan mom. But, does anyone love there vehicle and why do you like it?

Congratulations on completing Day 6! I'm impressed that you're on level 2! I did Day 1 of level 1 yesterday, and was afraid I was going to collapse, lol!

Great Job on already moving to Level 2! I am on Day 5 today and don't think I am anywhere near ready to move on? Any advice on how you know when it's time to try the next level?
