day 26, 27

I am so ready to be done with this. I am very proud that I have stuck it out. the 30 day shred will become my backup workout for when I don't feel like going to the gym. Picutres of before and after will be posted in a couple of days! Eek.. I don't fell as if my body has made a change. Diet, Diet, Diet is my major issue. I am always on the see food diet. I see something and I eat it.

Plans for Feb. Not quite sure yet. If anyone has any ideas let me know. I thought about doing a lazy tri, p90x, or running. We will see.

Day 26 and 27 done.

I am really proud of how you have stuck with it! You're amazing!!! I had every intention...but my body just screamed at me every time. Doing 15 days of the Shred though has definitely given me the kickstart I needed, to want to get in shape.

Hey babe I'm going to buy a bike and install a child seat on the back. As soon as spring gets hear I ride like 15 miles I'm super excited and they have some wayyyy cute new bikes out now days. Hey maybe we can go biking together, where do you live again?
