The last week I have so slacked off. I only made it to the gym twice and did not eat very well. Tomorrow begins a new week and a new plan!! I am excited to say that I am going to try PX90. I am a little nervous that I won't stick with it but I am going to give it a good effort. I plan of doing it when lincoln takes his afternoon nap. I have redid our family room and now there is room for me to work out. If anyone has tried this let me know. I also plan on getting in 3-4 hours of cardio a week. I really need to lose 10 lbs. I am going to try this for the next month and if I don't see any progress I am going to join WW.

Are you serious??? you look great!!! I am not lying either. Lose the bad body image...girl!! I am 36 NO KIDS and fear when I eventually do...my already poor self esteem will be even worse. But really you do look great!! I am proud of you!!

DH has done P90X. If you think Jillian is tough, hang on... But yes, it will produce results. A friend of ours lost 67 pounds last year doing P90, P90X & Insanity.
