P90X Week 5

I can't believe that I haven't posted on P90X at all lately. Week 4 came and went and I miss it so much. Now, I am back to the 3 days of lifting and plyos, yoga and kenpo. I hate plyos. I love the weight lifting days. Big surpise! I think I love Tony Horton. (the guy that created the video) I weighted in and did measurements last week and I am down 3 lbs and the measurements are close to the same. My jeans fit so much better. The muffin top is gone! I still have a long way to go. My dieis a lot better also. I have been drinking protien drinks for breakfast and really wathcing what I eat during the day. Lent has helped because I gave up all sweets! Now, I have to stop drinking pop.

I so know how you feel. I can tell I am getting stronger and doing better.....it's just sticking with it......easier said than done with two under two, temporarily three dogs and the rest of life's crazyiness! I'm excited to see how someone else does who is pretty much at the same point!
